[Android] Modlist subscription popup is unstyled

Describe the bug
On Android, the popup for subscribing to a moderation list is unstyled. It's white even on dark themes, and there's a white space to the left of the popup (presumably meant for icons.)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Navigate to or create a moderation list
- Tap "Subscribe"
Expected behavior
The popup should be styled like the rest of the app is on Android. Using Bluesky's in-house popup styling would also help with TalkBack support.
