Very slow Upload Speed over HAAP Tunnel

Hello there and thank's for your implementation of RFC8157.
After some years of fighting against Speedport Hybrid Routers i am really happy to try this out.

Anyways, i am getting 270Mbit/s Down and only 2Mbit/s Up. Same Modem, Same Computer with another Telekom SIM i get 250 Down and 40 Up like usual. My Speedport Hybrid and Speedport Hybrid Pro both do 40Mbit/s Up with the Hybrid SIM. Any Ideas?

This only happens with bonding=false.
