Intermittent "Not Sufficient Balance" Error Despite Having Enough Funds

Encountered an issue where the wallet service incorrectly displayed the insufficient balance error even though there were enough funds in the wallet. Restarting the service multiple times seemed to resolve the issue temporarily. This has occurred only once so far. Will update here if it happens again.
