In the current implementation, when a user sends 1 BTC, the total amount debited from the wallet is "1 BTC + transaction fee".
This request proposes the addition of a configuration option that allows users to include the transaction fee within the specified amount itself. This means, if a user opts to send 1 BTC with this configuration enabled, the actual amount sent will be "1 BTC - transaction fee", ensuring the total amount debited from the wallet remains 1 BTC.
This would facilitate more predictable and rounded transactions for users, enhancing the usability of the wallet service.
