Using current version of Salmon

Hi

I get this message:

Dependencies are missing:

• snap (1.0dev.96)
• bam-read (1.0.0)
• salmon (0.6.0)
  You are running the packaged version of transrate
  This comes with the read-metrics dependencies pre-installed

If added the path to snap and bam-read but I don´t want to install an old version of salmon.
I have a newer version of salmon installed. How can I solve this dependency?
