TUIのライブラリをNcursesから別のものに切り替える

ncursesの仕様上、endwinやdelscreenを呼び出さないとデータを保持したままにするらしく、メモリをバカ食いしてしまう模様。
状況管理が難しくなるため、別のTUIライブラリを利用して解消できないか調査する。

termionで書き換えるのが良さそう

tui-rsを使って対応することでほぼ完了(crossterm使用)。
0.2.0にてリリースで対応完了。
