Extend get_order_book API to return order owner info

User Story
As reported by @sschiessl-bcp in blocksights/blocksights-open-explorer#9:

Is it possible to give user links to the specific orders, or add optional columns that show the maker?
traders like to see which orders on the order book are owned by which accounts. The page is implemented with the get_order_book API, so it's easiest to extend that API to return more info.

There is a similar page on another explorer https://bts.ai/market/XBTSX.USDT_BTS which used to show order owner info, but that page does not load when I'm writing this issue.
