Describe the bug
Volume controls for output no longer work while in Microsoft Teams or after Teams meeting ended
Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour (feel free to change the placeholder as you need):
- Start meeting in Microsoft Teams - Version 23320.3107.2575.3762 (23320.3107.2575.3762)
- Ensure output audio uses eqMac
- Start meeting
- Attempt to change the volume
Expected behaviour
Volume controls should respond.
Setup information:
- Audio device used for playback: AirPods Pro or Samsung Monitor
- Audio transmission interface: Bluetooth (audio output only), HDMI (Samsung)
- macOS Version: 14.2.0
- eqMac Version v1.7.10
- eqMac Driver Version v2.4.3
- eqMac UI Version v4.7.3

Additional information
Usually I can get eqMac to operate normally after turning on / off the controls.
Rarely I need to completely reboot MacOS.
