Bug: eqMac settings does not take effect on startup from boot/login

Upon startup/reboot, after eqMac auto starts up on login, no eqMac bypasses are in effect and the bypass setting must be Disabled and the re-Enabled to take effect.
May be the same issue as #868
Also pretty much the same as #870
