Description
Fresh installs on an M1 macbook pro running Mac OS 14.1.1 causes the application to crash on first open with a "application is damaged" dialog.

1.9 / 1.9.14
Steps to reproduce
- Download DMG from GH releases or website
- Mount DMG and drag application to applications folder
- Open Console and stream logs
- Open Bisq
- Observe failure dialog and relevant logs in console
Expected behaviour
Application should run
Actual behaviour
Application fails to even start up
