Questions on comparisons with SES, SendGrid, Resend

Hi man! Great project. The logo hooked me in haha. I searched "Bunmailer" on a whim after recalling "Nodemailer" and found this.

I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to emails but how does this tech compare against SES, SendGrid, and Resend?

I still need my own email to run it right? e.g. [e-mail]
