🐛 Material Preservation Detail - when copying or entering duplicate details, browser doesn't snap to error message

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior
Copy an existing Material Preservation Detail (within an existing sample set) but don't change any details. The validation will fail (as expected) but the error message is at the top of the form.
Expected Behavior
We either need the error the display at the bottom of the form (where the user is) or to snap back to the top.
