vagrant runs failing

This was also noticed during the try workshop.
Vagrant runs are failing randomly, it appears that there’s something wrong with the runner themselves.
We should first look into filing an issue with Github, I’ll see if I can get a reproducible run of this happening.
In the future, we probably want to move this to our own infrastructure.
