Looking someone to configure 3 servers with openstack grizzly

Hi I was wondering if there is someone to help me configure 3 servers with openstack.

I can provide ssh remote access, 3 Ubuntu 12.04 3.2 kernel with 2 NICS each and an unmanaged tenda switch for private network.

I have an error: failing scheduling in controller nova and VMs don't get ip.

Please I am struggling a week...
