Openstack console can't see IP networks outside

this image can see the IP networks outside 172.18.48.12

but in the console,only can see the ip networks inside.can't see the outside ip .

so , how to see all the ip ? my operating system is ubuntu 13.04 sever 64bit .

You can't see the external IP (floating IP) from inside the VM !

yet.I want to see the external IP inside the VM.But,I don't konw how to configuration.
