New AR Add Form: Sample field does not filter by Client

Steps to reproduce
- Create some new ARs for different Clients
- Select in the AR Add Form the Sample Field
Current behavior
- Samples of all clients are displayed
Expected behavior
- Only the samples of the current Client is displayed
