Problem with setup after moving

I am new to this printer, the guy I got it from was sick of fiddling with it but I'm very interested in getting to know this printer! I am having a problem with setting it up, it was showing controls and displaying stuff like temp and stuff on the control screen but now it's just blank.. don't understand what I did. I pressed the reset button but it did nothing. Still a blank screen... help!
This repository is not specific to the printer, but to the printer control board SKR V1.3 a SKR V1.4.
