Regression suite not passing on Windows

Problem:
Getting failure of regression suite on Windows. Example 6 is failing.

Possible Solution:
Investigate the failure in a debugger. Add better assert statements to capture the error.
Error claims to be an index out of bounds -- odd that it's only triggered on Windows...
