Incompatible with bc-lightstep-ruby v2.0.0

bc-lightstep-ruby v2.0.0 dropped Ruby < 2.6 support in 2.0.0 and now gruf-lightstep can't use the latest bc-lightstep-ruby - https://github.com/bigcommerce/gruf-lightstep/blob/master/gruf-lightstep.gemspec#L40).
Should we also drop support for Ruby < 2.6 here and bump the bc-lightstep-ruby runtime dependency to 2.0?
