See this pull request made by me. I have followed all the rules but it is still not marked at "hacktoberfest-accepted" or it is not merged till now. I haven't made any small changes which will not add value to the project.
This project was used by our friends in the college to share files from one pc to another, and it was made by me.
@saurabhshalu I know, hacktoberfest-team has excluded this repo from Hacktoberfest. Check the readme or #1429
