Why does VirusTotal detect my program as a malware ? The compiler itself is detected as a trojan. Can this be solved somehow?

Many of the "antiviruses" on virus total are just snake oil and not a real antivirus.
No reputable antivirus reported it as malware in the reports you shared above. I'd just ignore the rest.
