Readme benchmarks are missing size on wire

The serialised size (in bytes) is an important parameter to evaluate when comparing serialisation frameworks, it would be nice to see in the benchmarks.
I'm not currently spending any scope this month on synthetic benchmarking, however if you'd like to add this column to any of the benchmarks in the lab I'll merge a PR.
