Lack of Singaporean Voice in Voice Packs Offered

To localise this application, we need to introduce an option for users to use a Singaporean Accent. Currently, mostly Americanized Voice Packs are available, and we should introduce such options to use preexisting TTS models to produce that localised accent that can set this application apart.
