View log header voltage scale is wrong

Describe the bug
BBE latest nightly, the voltage is scaled wrong. Decimal should be one place to the left.
To Reproduce
download nightly v20231218.81
Expected behavior
Should read in volts and tenths, not 10x volts.
Betaflight Blackbox Explorer version
