Can not run 64 bit version of blackbox-log-viewer

I have a Windows 10 64 bit PC. I have several apps that run on this PC which are 64 bit including Betaflight Configurator. I noticed starting with build v20210328.2336 the nightly builds went to 64 bit. For some reason, I have not been able to run the 64 bit versions. I have checked windows logs, but have not seen any errors. Sorry if this is not the correct place to put this. Any help would be great. LormandRW@Yahoo.com.
