logviewer from latest master not starting

@haslinghuis using latest master on windows 10 will not start
after replacing ffmpeg v0.55.0 with v0.54.0 and logviewer is starting again
pls can you check this.
@haslinghuis your uploaded the ia32 version in the x64 drawer ... #542 will fixed this
