Hello,
Check you have the good configuration to run Laravel :
- PHP >= 5.5.9
- OpenSSL PHP Extension
- PDO PHP Extension
- Mbstring PHP Extension (looks like you miss it)
- Tokenizer PHP Extension
Solved it by adding the following to the post-create script:
sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install php7.0-mbstring sudo apt-get clean
Now the Quickstart-link works fine.
