Ubuntu 10.10 下丢失部分图标

由于 ubuntu 10.10 的新版 gnome-icons 去掉了
stock_insert_image，stock_view-html-source 等图标，
所以 maverick 下菜单里的部分图标不可显示

将用到的图标放到 gwrite/icons 下
