Undo/Redo didn't work in IE7

just downloaded and tested Hallo example page: test.html on IE7. On selection, toolbar showed-up as expected and other buttons on toolbar worked except the: undo/redo button.
Clicking the Undo/Redo button on toolbar doesn't have any effect.
