Read only sample view

In the default state, display a banner noting that this sample is read only and changes won't be saved (this means we'll be able to actually edit factory samples pages now). If changes are made, we replace the banner to say that there are changes and the user can duplicate the sample if they want to save them. We will have contextual actions for duplicating or resetting changes.
Changed my mind, I want the read-only view. We'll keep the banner but only the sample destination will be editable (non-permanently). We'll disable the options for rename and delete, hide the controls for trimming/scaling, hide the last updated time, and probably show the quality bit depth as non-editable.
