Bugs with erasing slots

- UI isn't super responsive (should profile to see what's slow)
- Came across a memory out of bounds area when I selected all slots the first time
- After messing around with slots and then selecting all, then starting the transfer, starting at slot 6 I got a 3 minutes remaining estimate instead of 1 second... seems to be a bug, I should check whether the erasing audio stream itself is bad or if it's just a failure to correctly report time stamps of deletion. To repro I should find a range of slots that produces the bug and doesn't correspond to used slots on my volca sample, so I can test multiple times without destroying anything.
