Stress test plugins

Need to try:

• Test bulk transfer to volca, make sure plugins are applied correctly to each
• downloading plugins (test on ios... also make sure other downloads are working)
• test in firefox and safari

for ios tests we will need everything actually deployed. we can hide the plugins control if a flag in localstorage isn't set, so we can test without publishing the feature.
