Reduce image size

Hi,
We started using StackEdit for an internal project and our users really like it. Huge thanks to this awesome project!
I have deployed the Docker image and noticed that it is over 2 GB. If I understand correctly, this is the result of the built-in PDF creation functionality.
Would it be possible to separate this functionality from the base image?
My idea is to use Athenapdf Docker image for the PDF conversion.
What do you think?
