Menu is not giving option to Run

Just downloaded Endnotes Generator today (9/12/18) and see a recent update should have fixed any menu issues where "Run" is not an option. However, when I use the add-on I only see "Help" as an option.
Okay, I have no idea why this happened, but I was able to see Run when I opened my doc in Firefox. When I returned to Chrome, not only were my endnotes there, but the Run option had appeared as well.
