Content element "CSV" doesn't render words with special chars

Description

When uploading a .csv file to the content element "CSV", the rendered table doesn't show special chars like ü, æ, ø, å, ñ, etc.

Steps to Reproduce

Use the attached CSV file to reproduce.
Words containing special chars are not rendered at all in the front end.
Rankings.csv

Expected behavior

Normal rendering of words containing special characters.

Actual behavior

The table should render any character from the CSV file.
