No license file

I notice that in the package.json and component.json, the license is marked as "BSD." Since there is no license file in the repo, this is a little ambiguous, since there are multiple BSD licenses with different requirements. I also believe most BSD licenses require a copy of the license to accompany the code, so I'm not sure whether this package is actually covered by a BSD license.
Could you add a license file and clarify which BSD license is used in package.json and component.json?
