Bulk upload voters and email voters not processed

Hello, I conduct an election with 583 participants which are ended on October 7 2021 at 1 PM UTC. I try to make an update in the voter's list by bulk up the voter's list but it's always not processed, the voters also have not received a confirmation email after successfully cast the ballot. I also cannot send election emails to the voters.
Hi @Kammilaa, it took us a little while to fully recover, but we should be good now. You can send emails again.
Helo benadida may i ask, when i tries to bulk up i must insert the voter
type, what must i insert?
