Voters processed vs voters listed discrepancy

Hello,
When I upload a voter CSV file , the system says it processed 115 voters, but the voter roll shows 1 to 50 (out of 104)
Why out of 104?
I could confirm that at least one voter who was on the CSV was not found on the list by searching firstname or lastname.
Any ideas? Is there a way to see if a voter was processed but somehow rejected?

Aaargh...!
I think I found the problem. Looks like my unique identifiers are not all that unique...
Still, is there a way to check if voters were successfully processed?

This specific issue could be 'fixed' by providing an appropriate feedback (e.g., list of duplicate entries) to the user. right?
