Make task IDs in dashboard output links

It would be fantastic if we could make the task IDs in the logs to be clickable links in the dashboard to bring you directly to the task. I was thinking about Jupyter notebooks when this idea came to me and I suspect we probably need to make a change on the dashboard side for this to work.
