Characters overcrowded due to #2586

A few more characters are overcrowded in Heavy (e.g. with overlapping serifs and strokes) after the AdviceStroke rewrite. This may not be comprehensive, especially since most glyphs aren't checked under UltraCondensed:

Might not be related but nonetheless broken:
