App launcher: changing the ports

The ports used earlier, 875-877 were not standard ports according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_TCP_and_UDP_port_numbers. So not sure what caused the port conflict. Now, I have removed port assignment from all shiny apps. Shiny is capable of finding an open port during deployment.
