Vector WFS data markers not showing in the Legend

When the site is reviewed via the "View" button in the SMK Editor, the markers are not visible in the legend. The markers are all imported PNGs in this case.

fixed many bugs with vector layer styling. Added checkboxes to control how legend is displayed, including the legend title.

verified that the legend is now configurable.

suggest placing the icons underneath each layer instead of to the rightas in the following screenshot:
