Configure Container Image Repository for Helm Chart Deployment

I want to have a single configurable container image repository variable for the Crunchy Postgres helm chart, so that I can easily use the organizational Artifactory instance as a default, containing a mirror of the official published images.

• Container image repository variable should be configurable to allow the user to specify their desired repository
• The default value for the container image repository variable should point to the organizational Artifactory instance (e.g., https://artifacts.developer.gov.bc.ca/artifactory/redhat-docker-remote/crunchydata/crunchy-postgres/ubi8-15.1-0/).
• Update relevant documentation to include instructions on how to configure the container image repository variable
