Layer support?

I need create a pdf, and need many layer in one page. as far as I know, only libpdf can do that, but it costs a fee. so...
Please report that to pdfium's mailing list or bug tracker. This project only builds the binaries.
(Apart from that, I agree, layers/OCGs support in pdfium would be nice.)
