Publish new version of wraith

I was having a problem (outlined at the bottom of #578 (comment)) relating to an apparent race condition on my local machine. I attempted to use the newly documented settle configuration (which does fix my problem), however, that doesn't seem to actually be available in 4.2.3, the current version live at RubyGems.org at the time of writing: https://rubygems.org/gems/wraith
I didn't realize this until I compared the code line-by-line to determine that parameter was actually being used. Maybe we should either update the documentation or publish the latest changes so it's available via gem install

Does he have access to publish the gem? I was just going based on the owners at https://rubygems.org/gems/wraith And saw staylos92 listed there
