Feature request: Ability to specify domains via command line argument

This would be useful in a CI environment, where the domain of the current build changes regularly (such as with a feature branch workflow).
Instead of using the 'domains' values from the yaml file, it'd be great if domains could be specified on the command line at the point of running wraith capture.
Generally it would be great to use properties from command line, which could be referenced within th yaml.
