I want to contribute by adding the Urdu stop words file. Do I have to submit a PR?

You sumit a PR or if you are not confortable with my code just copy/paste int this issue your list.

@bbalet It is not about some issue but requesting to Urdu language stop words.

I do have, I will try to get some time and include Urdu language file in your code.
