Support Boost 1.84.0

Any plans to support Boost 1.84.0?

I'd like to, however I think it's probably a better idea to fully support 1.83 first. Not every module even compiles at the moment.

I could maybe create a script to update "working" modules by patching with a diff against 1.83 of all bazel related files and assume it will work the same 😅. Haven't thought too much about it though.
