It may be a heavy work if dark mode is developed.

The main idea I want to say is:
could you please use the color from system?
then I can use system theme to make nixnote2 to be in dark mode

But dark mode did not work well in xfce4

You need to switch your operating system to dark mode, then find out how to which Qt5 apps to dark mode. There is nothing special in Nixnote regarding dark mode. So if Qt will use desired theme in your desktop manager, then also Nixnote will..

But System's dark mode is for Gnome ,
not for Xfce.

How could I solve it if I did not change the Desktop?

As I already writen, Nixnote is using Qt. So find out how to force Qt on your desktop manager use particular "theme".. then Nixnote will use that theme.
