How do I want the application to start without displaying the window for the first time?

It's the first time to play the desktop side of Linux, using the Arch system.

I put individual applications into bspwmrc to start, such as QQ, WeChat, Telegram, but I don't want them to display windows, I just need a tray icon, so that when I need to click the tray icon to start, and I made the rules according to the wiki , keep them floating

But I can't realize the function I need, can bspwm realize it, or do I need to write my own shell script?
